What actually happened last night!

So what actually happen last night everyone was we deployed, looked at enemy place, killed Ron's imperial knight and 4 dreadknights by turn 2 and swept across the board killed Jamie's imperial knight, took their objective which they had a denial unit close by, killed their warlord, had line breaker and had our objective. They ended up with only first blood which Jamie did by himself. So the score on the doors were 5-1 to me and Dale. So not quite how the grey shite had predicted on the post for last night!

not showing off, just stating that what Ron was saying was going to happen didn't happen and that he was celebrating before a gun was fired! he was bragging about how they were going to win by the 2nd turn! neil did that and he lost too. you should never tempt fate, cause it will come round and bite you in the arse! as it did last night!

No neil knew hed lose. Plus this isnt news it belongs in the bad winner section of the forum. Ron told me you cheated anyway and Dale did all the hard work.

I would just like to say thanks for the game last night thoroughly enjoyed a larger game, some interesting dynamics, thanks to Jamie putting up with my lack of tactics and doing most of the work, thanks for the game Paul, it's always a challenge getting a full game in before midnight and well done dale the game changer, you clearly know how to throw rubber balls and sticks then finishing off what's left. Now all I have to do is find a partner for next week against Ian and his brother if anyone fancies a challenge and handicap.

thank you Ron and Jamie it was a very good game I really enjoyed it (especially the fact I didn't lose again!  ). think everyone did well and as always it went down to dice rolls (and forgetting not to rapid fire a bolter before charging!  )

And rich firstly I wouldn't expect to lose against me, and secondly Dale didn't do all the hard work I took out both imperial knights, a landraider, dreadknight, some marines, some centurians and one or two rhinos. Dale did very well as expected and did finish the game off at the end by taking their objective and killing their warlord. he did do well throughout the game and without him I wouldn't have lasted the full 6 turns but that was the plan we worked as a team so my space wolves did do their fair share of work too.

Paul the reference to the bolters snd charging, unless your relentless you cant fire a bolter and charge regardless if its rapid fired or not, thats what bolt pistols are for.
