Hi, All.

I'm a long-time player but not local: I grew up in Portsmouth and whilst I'm visiting over the next couple of weeks, Ginge invited me along [I invited myself] and suggested I try here to fish for a game.

I know there's a fantasy campaign going on, but if anyone's looking for a game of 40K (or Flames of War, if anyone plays it) I will happily spar.

I'm not particularly competitive and I'm afraid I've not yet played 7th Edition rules, but I'm keen to have a crack if anyone's available.

If not, no worries: I'll just swing by to meet Ginge and watch others for a bit!

I shall have arrived in Jamaica and be living the easy life, so won't be attending I'm afraid.   

I'll hopefully be back to play on the 26th August, but we shall see. Have fun

I'm down on Tuesday guys. Looking to Play 40K. Chris we tend to have a number of people who turn up on a tuesday without a game organised. I'd be happy to do a pairs game (2 vs 2 1500 pts per player) with you if interested. My suggestion is to bring both a 1500 and 2K points army with you.

Ian, next trip to Nottingham is the 13th of sept. Check your diary mate if you want in. Looks like Tim. Ron, myself and Paul are pretty much defo's. Might even get to play on the same team!

You can have a french off ian or I can lend one of you my prussians, neil really struggled against them lost 2 games on the trot.

Ach! Thanks for being so very welcoming and accommodating, chaps (especially Ginge and Jamie) but I won't be able to play tomorrow: my commitment at my dad's house in North End is just too onerous. That said, if I can manage to get away, I assume no-one would mind me trolling along just to have a shufti, please?

In other news, I have a volunteer for that 4-way Jamie was arranging, new to 7th (last played in 5th) with some shiny new Space Wolf toys. It's the other Rob, I'll be bringing him with me. I'm sure we can grab a few more people on the night to fill that game up.
