I am SO looking forward to seeing this guy again... still have the old model tucked away somewhere, though may have to get myself a new one too looking at the sneak peeks. Perhaps I shall playtest a game with the old model though, as the new version will probably be on my paint station for quite some time...

Nostalgia moment, I remember buying the old Nagash model because he was the most awesome character in the UNDEAD army book, and because it said on the packet that it was expert level of painting required for the model (yes, Games Workshop used to give a guide to how good you needed to be to buy their models, no such restrictions now of course) and I figured if I could paint it to a level I was happy with then I must be a very good painter... I painted it and was happy with it. Of course I look back now and cringe and have been meaning to strip it down and repaint it as a project of nostalgia for years now, but the complete lack of rules always meant it was on the back burner. But this may be suddenly becoming more important...

Woah... just seen the pics on GW website... he's a little larger than I expected... O_o
