Well, with that utterly brutalising experience (for the space marines, getting beaten up in combat repeatedly by guardsmen, so gunning them down in a self-defence/stand your ground argument that will rage for quite some time) I think it best if someone else plays Jamie next week...

Who is attending and what are you bringing... don't all shout out at once I don't believe Imperial Assault is lined up for this week, and there's no football, so hopefully should have a few more bodies down this time.

I'll be down again. If anyone wants to help me pick bits of guardsman out of my chain swords (actually it was mass bolter fire which delivered the emperors message) then my marine army is up for another game. Alternatively i'm happy to wheel out the Mech for a game.

Those guardsmen beat up 15 marines in combat (5 assault 10 devs) and I know there were more than 5 left before you began your massed firing in that final turn... your chainswords were as pristine as French rifles! Your bolters however, were close to getting the "Get's Hot" special rule they'd been fired that sodding much...

I shall be down for a game of something so someone throw me a challenge.

Rich A is on holiday this week, so yeah, no Imperial assault. Can we do the week afterwards? In regards to this week, I'll have to see how things are going on Monday but would be interested in a 40k game if anyone is otherwise floating with no game confirmed. Is there an actual league table drawn up for this league?

There's a bit of a league table been posted quite recently in the section of the forum where I first suggested the league... it's not completely up to date, we've only been getting one or two games a week in at the moment so I will just add another when I have a few results worth of league change to publish...

Another week I can't make
I do need to arrange a 2k doubles game for next week, so I'll post after Tuesday if anyone's interested. Bringing along a friend to give the club a try.

Well it'll be good to see you when you can make it Ron, and by all means bring someone new. Be good to have a new face at the club. But yeah, we'll sort it out properly in next weeks post, but it'll be at the top of the list.

I might be a little later as Sarah has her chemotherapy now at 4pm Tuesday.
