has anyone seen to rumours flying around facebook, spikey bits and Bols! GW are bringing back the specialist game sin the new year. If this is a Hoax i'm going to be very upset.

I'd love to see battlefleet gothic back! Closest game I've read about is firestorm armada, which I might give a try.

I'm hoping to pop down and see star wars armada in action (if scotts down!) Otherwise be good to see some more xwing if anyone's playing that?

Yep Ron and I vs Paul and Adam.    3K per side.   Going to get down at 7pm to get going as quickly as possible so we can get this game finished (and adam doesn't have to hang around till 11.30pm).

Rich F I think X-Wing is a strong possibility, at the very least as a side offering...

I will be down and as far as I know so will Neil. I am quite enjoying Xwing atm and I have all of my ships now so I will defo be up for some space silliness. Just wish I had more upgrade cards

I said first time I saw that picture it was the reason I hadn't started xwing yet. I do need some khiraxz fighters and the new ships though. Maybe a Slave 1. Oh and a couple more Z95s as they can be a nice cheap swarm. Another interceptor maybe as they would be better as a pair. I do like the ywing and I only have 2 of those so far. Hmm. Oh and 2 more IG-2000s . Should cover it.

Ill be up for playing X-Wing too, unfortunately I may need to dash away if I get a phone call from Tricia....

Well with borrowed ships that won't matter too much Jason we can figure things out in your absence and pack the stuff away at the end.

That seems to be the plan - I will have my own X-Wing stuff after xmas so wont have to keep borrowing lol Has anyone tried the scenarios in X-Wing yet?

I know Rob wants to play through them with me as a campaign but the thing is he bought all his toys ages ago and wants something to do with them I am still buying new toys so therefore I still want to just prat around and see how they can handle

Gents i'm only 50% sure i'll be there tonight. Liz has taken my baby daughter to the hospital with a chest infection and they want to keep her in for a bit to keep an eye on an initial treatment they have given her. This means the wife may not be home in time to look after my three boys by 7pm. I'll keep Paul appraised on Facebook.
